Whenever I open a website using Firefox, I get this error message, saying "The plug-in has performed an illegal operation." What does this mean? And how do I stop it?

EDIT: Sometimes it says it's Shockwave Flash, and sometimes it doesn't.

Do you have the latest version of Firefox and flash player?
