Rapidshare and my PANTHEON file?

Hey
So i was downloading a large new file from rapidshare last night but got very tired and went to. Went to resume it and the file has been deleted as it was a forbidden file. I've been to a couple of sites that had the same file and it of course is also gone. Am i screwed?
