Hi All,
Found this old thread and cannot find the resolution due to it's age.

I used the conversion product one night and was successful... The next day, and to this day, receive the error msg stated below.. I'm at WinXP sp2.. Any one know of the solution? It's evidently not a Cucsoft problem or they would have corrected it by now... must be an external interference?

When I try to add a file to cucusoft AVI to dvd pro 5.07 the program crashes and says

Avi2MpegMain has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It also will not allow me to select the debug button.

Does anyone know how to fix this.

have you tryed to uninstall and reinstall the program? you might try using ConvertXtoDVD it is a great program and worth the money
