no game150 folder (how do I get one)

I have no game150 folder on my 3.03 oec, emulator guides etc. say I need one to put my emulators in. I tried creating one but then I can't find the files in my psp. Also in my "Game" folder there are a ton of things left over from the install namely

3.03 oe-c firmware install
corrupted data
3.03 oe-c update maker
corrupted data
psp network config backup
NandDumper
Kernel Dumper Sample
lpl dumper
cube sample
system param
polyphonic sample by shine
psp update ver x.yz


are any of these useful? can I get rid of them somehow? is it safe to format my memory stick since I've downgraded/upgraded

Yea, after you have downgraded/upgraded, it is safe to format your memory stick. In fact i would recommend it. That ensures you have a fresh card for ISOs and Emulators. And it will create all the folders you need also.

Yea... Or you could just do it the EASY way. (Right click>New>New Folder. Then, rename it to GAME150 by pressing F2 when the folder is highlighted.)
