ok. please be patiant. id say this is for the real experts among us but here goes.
my mate has a theme on his sony ericsson mobile called "orbit".
which ever icon you have the cursor on theres a little woosh thing spinning around it and when you move the cursor to another icon it follows and changes colour.
if you get me.
i was wondering whether anyone can come up with this kind of thing for the psp.
any help or advice would be appreciated.

Dude, u should google that with a little more of a specificness about it. Theres prolly someone out there who already did it. If your not an idiot ur prolly thinking this kid is stupid cuz thats the first thing i did. It was just a thought tho.
