I don't think you have the right iso!

thanks for the reply, it is a bit small, i always thought this kind of games were small since tetris for gameboy back then is in its kb

Tried all the isos and cso's on there
I think now I will wait untill the uk game of burnout dominator is out and then download that iso on the 23rd of March. This may work as I live in the UK but I bought my psp in america so I dont know
maybe I have a falty psp

Ive been having the same problem with Dominator, Metal gear portable ops, Gun, and a few others. They start to load, the screen goes blank and freezes there. Ive tried altering the CPU timing, enabled/disabled the UMD run and changed the region but no luck. Plenty of other games work fine however. Dominator Ive tried at least 4 different versions of and still no joy. Any ideas? Do you think upgrading to 3.10oe-a2 would help?
Also Could someone post all their general settings used in recovery mode?

Here are my Recovery Mode settings:
Skip SCE logo (Enabled)
Hide corrupt icons (Enabled)
Game folder homebrew (1.50 kernel)
Autorun program..... (Disabled)
Use NO-UMD (Disabled)*
Fake Region (America)*
Free UMD Region (Enabled)
*These were the 2 settings I tweaked to get the game working.
When I was getting just the black screen they were set to
Use NO-UMD (Enabled)
Fake Region (Japan)
I'm running 3.03 OE-C and am using Burnout Dominator USA PSP-pSyPSP unpacked with the ISO placed in the ISO folder in the root of the PSP.
Let me know how you get on :)

You can get a umd for about £4.99 with some rubbish movie on there is info on this arround the 10th page of http://pspupdates.qj.net
maybe you can get 1 even cheeper on ebay for like £1 or something

currently using cso [PSP]Burnout Dominator [FIX][USA] [FULL][ESPALPSP.com] from isohunt.com working fine with no-umd disabled and region america, size os 394mb

I have burnout legends and it came as a a data.bin and a param.sfo what are these do i need another emulator do i need to use WinRAR agian thats what i used in the first place. I have 3.03oe-c and play EVERYTHIN else fine

YOU DONT NEED A UMD
turn use no umd on!!!
also dont use fake region no need for OE firmware

Just checked my setings and RiPPERED is right about not needing the fake region setting on but for some reason, this ISO will not run with the NO-UMD setting enabled.

hi i have a 3.03 oe-c firmware and i already figured out iso gaming but i have this really big problem with a lot of my iso's... my nfs most wanted, gta-vc and naruto nultimate iso's dont work.. but ive already tried playing the tekken dark resurrection and valhalla knights iso's .. am i missing something?? isnt 3.03 oe-c supposed to load iso's without the use of devhooks? soo.. wat did i do wrong? help anyone!!

What happens when start the iso's? freese on black screen?

if you download the games just try another download when i first hacked my psp i got a few dodgy downloads too

try changin the firmware on your psp. some games only work on certain firmwares.

Iv tried 3.03oe-A 3.03OE-A 3.30OE-A and 3.40OE-A
when i put no umd on it lets me press start and cancell out of the game but still stays on a black screen after its said PSP
