Hi All,

I downloaded the 3.03 OE-C winstaller and ran it through my USB cable to the PSP MS.

When i try to run the firmware update i get the tune and PSP logo then the machine switches itself off. I am running on mains power and when i reboot 2.7 is still active (even with R held down)

I know i will anger someone, but what have i done wrong? Can someone point me to a thread with an answer insetead of repeating it all again?

rofl...it is not possible to upgrade to any OE-x from any other sony firmware than 1.50.. the update you are trying to do will not work, no matter how many times you try it....

downgrade to 1.5 first, then run the winstaller...
