I just got a Dreambox 500c. While trying to flash a new image I think there was a communication error, my pc froze and i had to shut down at 88%. Now i my box is not responding to the remote control again, the light is permanently green and it is not outputing pictures on the TV. Waht can i do. Thanks

You have to use universal dreamup and a null modem cable.
Make sure it's a null modem and not a straight through serial cable.
