i bought a new gameshark for my chipped ps2 slim i think its a version 5 but it wont work with my backups. has anyone got this to work or is it just me

i have the same problem with action replay it's look like the first cd that load uses the chip so when you tru to load the game the chip is allready in use and the game won't load i hopw someone have a fix for it..!

i went back to gamestop today and talked the casher into giving me a codebreaker cuz they usually dont give trades or credit for code discs but codebreaker didnt work either
