I have been having problems burning bully. I have tried it on "memorex 16x" burning at both 8x then 16x, "maxell 8x" burning at 4x and "sony 8x" burning at 4x. It's barely scratched like maybe a shirt went over it a bit hard in one lil area. Can anyone help? is there a patch for it?
By the way I am using swap magic 3.3

What type of disc are you using? DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+RW?
if you managed to backup the original disc its probably alright...

I am using DVD+R and like I said I tried it a bunch of times but the game keeps losing sound and the videos stutter.

Hmmm, i have swap magic 3.6 and it worked fine for me, no rebuilding, i guess it could be that you have swap magic 3.3, but unlikely, some people say DVD-R is better, but if other backups work with your DVD+R discs then your probably ok for discs.
I had the NTSC version also...

Yeah I got the NTSC version too. I got a decent working version using img burn but the sound cuts out still and the opening movie and rockstars logo movie skip and also sometimes walls disappear.

My Bully .ISO is 4.31GB (4,528,160 KB) (4,636,835,840 Bytes)
If its booting but not playing smoothly try doing a quality test with Nero and see what results you get, these types of games always put more strain on the laser than most games so have to be pretty good quality, i remember i started to have slow loading times near the end of the game when i played it.

I can't get Nero cd/dvd speed to do a quality test. I can't select the start button.

Sometimes i get that when I'm testing a bad burn, sometimes it will even bring my computer to a crash! Try ejecting the drive a few times to see if that lets you?
I used Swap Magic 3.6 (slide card), burnt on to Verbatim x16 at x4.
