listen....no question required, just use the RECOVERY winstaller on hexs thread to go to 1.50, easy! takes less than a minute (keep your psp plugged in to a/c)
next, use Hex's Winstaller (same place) to update to 3.10 OE-A...

he dont need to go back down to 1.5 first, just upgrade directly to 3.10 OE-A

I'm getting confused over here... wat you mean by working recovery?? I just wanted to get my PSP to 3.10 from my current 3.03 OE-C, not Sony's 3.03...
in other words...I stay at OE-C, because every time I try to use another CFW, even if i reformat my ms & copy my folders back, my recovery(back to OE-C or 1.50) usually requires the recovery winstaller...
but if you're sticking with 3.10...none of what I said should matter to ya ;)
