What's the latest version of Popstation available? Sorry I have googled it but there's loads of tat and everywhere says different things.

3.10OE-A' would be your answer. pops is inclueded in custom firmware and i am pretty sure it is not a stand alone client. also use icetea to turn all of your psx isos to eboots!
