Anyone found a way to resolve the constant freezing/hanging on FFVIII?
setting the speed to 333 dosen't work.

i would also like to know, it freezes every time when fighting ifrit, very irritating, btw i have 3.03 OE-C

then i guess nothing works. everyone hangs no matter what fw they are on. gotta wait for a new customized fw i think.

It's somewhat-playable, but crashes whenever you cast or draw magic, so it wouldn't be very fun to play. If you have any questions like this in the future, I suggest putting this page on your bookmarks; it's helped me a whole bunch:
