winstaller 3.03 0E-C problem need help!

Ive just used winstaller 3.03 0E-C. when i go to game/memory it gives me two files one is 3.03 0E-C firmware install and the other is a corrupted data file. did I miss something. any help is appreciated i have a 1.5ver downgraded from a TA-082 2.71.

no problem at all, that is what it is suppose to do..it leaves one corrupt icon (cant be avoided in 1.50)... just run the OE installer...and enjoy...
