I have tried to back up a dvd on a new pc and it works fine until the last step which is actually creating the new disc with decrypter. It won't recognise the blanc dvd in the drive ("Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)). Am I forgetting a setting or is there another issue I'm missing? Thanks to anyone who can straighten me out.

probably nothing to do with decrypter.. try a different burning program or follow this link.. http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/44
Your answer will be in there under "disks not seen" or similar.
