Im going to be using that XMB icon editor thing or this program to edit my xmb..
My psp might brick so im asking if it bricks
( I HAVE 3.03 OE C Btw;
#1 If it bricks, Can i start it up on Recovery Mode
#2 If that works, will i be able to run the USB?
#3 Also when its bricked, will i be able to run a 1.5 recovery to get back from brick > 1.5 ?

#1 - Yes.
#2 - Yes.
#3 - You will NOT have recovery in v1.50 after downgrading from 3.03 OE-C. v1.50 is v1.50 and that's it. But if you brick in 3.03 OE-C, you DO NOT need to downgrade to v1.50. You can reinstall 3.03 OE-C right over itself. Just make a folder called RECOVERY (in all caps) in the PSP/GAME folder. Inside it, put oeupdateflasher and oeupdateflasher% along w/ the DXAR inside the oeupdateflasher folder. Then, quick and easy, it will reflash. :D

and from there the USb will work FOR SHURE?
And then i can enter in the recovery files while its on recovery mode right.

#1 - Yes.
#2 - Yes.
