Questions about Back-ups

I have a question how do make copies of a back-up (there already on Dual layer dvds) do i copy them like a normal dual layer dvd or do i have to go thru the same processes as backing up originals

this has been answered plenty of times, just burn it with nero

I was talking about backing up a backup for a xbox 360 not the first xbox, and if it was the same processes as backing up a backup for an xbox
