When i plug in my Zune, it tries to install the device. But it fails and I cannot put music on my Zune. Any1 know what i can do.

You need to have both the latest Zune software on the Vista computer and the latest Zune firmware on your Zune player.

My Zune Software doesn't even detect my Zune. When i plug my Zune it Windows finds it and just tries to install it but it doesnt work
