Segam DBOX not switching on

Hello My Dbox was working fine untill one day it just went i tried to put the new image on and after that it wouldn't go to the channel just switches on with all the numbers on front and then stops doesn't go any further.

I think the image is gone but i can't connect it with me computer to put a new image on. any help on this?
