You can't, GTA games support custom soundtracks, but you can only make one if you have a boughten CD.

You can't have an MP3 and a game playing at the same time.

it doesn't require a boughten CD, there's a way around that.

but besides rebuilding a game, there is no way to include ur own music, and it only works on certain games.

There IS a way since your on oec find a plugin called irmp3.prx and install it like cwcheat or any other plugin then press note and the right shoulder
