i know u can use the guide on this site but i saw this....

Quote:
2. with Gnie's Tool ExPERT Select the Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi on the plugins drop down list.
3. Select the iso you want to rebuild.
4. Click extract LBA.
5. Click extract file and wait for it to finish.
6. Click rebuild file and wait for it to finish.
7. Click rebuild LBA.
8. Burn the new iso to a DVD5 with Nero or DVD Decrypter as usual.
Is that another way to rebuild ANY iso? If so isnt this much quicker? well user friendly?

are you wanting to rebuild a game, or rip a DVD9 down to DVD5 because those are two different things?

You can rebuild an ISO really easy with ISO buster and Nero.

burn the new iso with img burn at half the speed of your dvd

16x burn at 8x
8x burn at 4x

btw make sure you pull down trumpet in sound options. for some reason thats the only way i can get mine to work

Ok, so when would I rip a DVD9 to DVD5 vs. rebuilding the iso? I?ve done many DVD5 to DVD5 without a hitch but I can?t for the life of me get a DVD9 game onto a single layer DVD. The game in question is Gran Turismo4 and I too have used the guide without success.

I will try the method neptune outlines above once I get home since I already have the unadulterated iso on my hard drive.
