I have a Dell desktop and I cannot play any Columbia pictures movies. My Back-up program is DVDX copy Platnuim. I can back-up and watch any other movie. This has been going on for the last 2 months. Could it be a virus or spyware possibly? Thank You!

Could be copy protection...you have no problems with Sony releases?
