ok i converted it an eboot and i have the keys.bin but it still wont work! is there something im missing/doing wrong/not using the right program? POPSTATION GUI 4 or something like that is the program... it makes the eboot and gens the keys bin file but it wont let me play them on my psp. i have dark_alex's 3.03 oec so i should be able to do this right?

where did u put them...they should go in a folder in PSP/GAME

If you have any mods on your psp that could be the problem, sometimes PSX Eboots wont play if you have to many modifications on your psp.

psx... destruction derby is the one im using. no mods on my psp either other than the firmware.
