Hello,

What programs for backing up your dvds do you use for dual layer disks? we just bought a spindle of Fugi DL disks and they won't work, the tray keeps kicking them back out.......... yet our burner does say it supporsts DL

so i am guessing it is the software, clone dvd 4 would not work..

Fuji DLs are not the best of media. Stick to Verbatim DL. My burners refuse to burn Fujis. Use AnyDVD and Imgburn to back up DLs.

You're welcome. There are free ways if you don't have AnyDVD. Ripit4me and DVDFab Decrypter will ripp and then ImgBurn will build the ISO file and burn it. AnyDVD is just easier and the way i do mine.
