i opened up my ps2 a few days ago to find out which mod chip my brother got installed into it and it was an apple chip, and under the name it said 39001 which is a model number or something. i just want to know the compatibility of this chip and if it can play dvd9's cause im looking forward to playing god of war 2. thanks.

if you want the DVD9 god of war 2 with the better cut scenes then you will need toxic dual layer patcher
