I just bought a Usb cable that hooks up to one of the Xbox controller ports and i was wondering how do i tranfer files to the harddrive

Go to memory, and move over to the left, it will say Memory Card, or something.

EDIT: You need Action Replay if you want to get saves for your game, if that clears up future questions.
