Help - Can I transfer xbox saves from my PC to xbox 360?

I don't really care about the saves I have on my PC, but my wife had been using the xbox for that "Yourself Fitness" game to do aerobic workouts etc...and it tracks your progress etc.

So she's really hoping I can transfer that info to the 360.

Can it be done? If so, how?

you need a 360 save transfer kit and you need to get xsata or whatever to hook your xbox 360 hard drive to your computer, or open it and take the actual drive out of the case and hook it up via sata and read it and you can copy the files over

Yeah, let me be clear that she's only done like 3 weeks on it, not like she's got a TON on there. Otherwise I'd have to look into getting it done.
