I recently bought a psp from gamestop, now im new to downgrading it and to busy to do so. Like an idiot i updated my psp to 3.11fw cause i can't downgrade this psp. Now comes my question, im going to sell my psp and get one off ebay with custom fw on it, what is the best fw out there? (3.01OEB, 3.11oe etc...)

Highest version out there is 3.10 OE-A (or C).

Depends on what you are wanting to do. 3.10 OE-A' is the newest but it doesnt allow you to do some of the customizing that 3.03 OE allows you to do.
