Hi, guys...
I've been thinking to upgrade my TA-082 PSP with fw 3.02 OE-B into one of fw 3.03 OE-C or fw 3.10 OE.
Since I'm still a noob on these things, I wish to hear any sugestion from you which one from 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE should I go?
I heard some users saying that fw 3.10 OE makes PSP user to have some limits than fw 3.03 OE-C?

With 3.10 OE-A you can't have custom icons-or topmenu's as we like to call them.

Because we haven't found a decrypted top menu for 3.10 OE-A, or atleast one that works with it.
