if you are on fw 2.70 you'll need to downgrade again to 1.5 to then install the 3.03 update but if your on 2.71 se then you can upgrade to it straight from there

Wow.. why did you downgrade then update again? You really got to read more then start clicking on stuff... thats how people brick there PSP's. You have to downgrade yet again.
Why do you want 3.03 OE-A? Just get 3.03 OE-C.

What motherboard is your PSP?
And when it comes to downgrading it either bricks or it doesn't so downgrading again really won't effect anything.

There is said too, but really only if you install it yourself. So just use the wininstaller and it puts all the right files in the right place for you. You can only brick it if you don't have the files in the proper areas.

After you get 3.03 OE-C, format your memory stick and new folders will be made on your PSP.
The ISO folder is where you put PSP games
PSP/GAME is where you put PS1 EBOOT games

i tried three different games and its same for all.
the games im trying to play apears as WinRAR file on my computer, but they have iso extension.

1. You need a UMD game in the PSP to play ISO's. (Any UMD game)
2. The PSP games you download.. do they come with a bunch of .rar files? Because if they do you have to select all of the .rar files and click extract to get your whole .ISO file.
