I am having a problem am following all the steps but when I go to choose the update file it says corrupt any help

What motherboad is your PSP?

If it's non TA-082 and is a 2.71 firmware, use this. http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755

If you want to update to 2.71, then go to on your memory stick PSP/GAME and make a folder called UPDATE. Then make your update file called EBOOT.PBP and it shouldn't say corrupt anymore.

DO NOT use the link i gave you if you have a TA-082 motherboard, it will be a 100% brick.

nevermind the directions said to overwrite the eboot file then remame should say change name and add update.pbp I am now running 1.50
