what exactly are you looking to do? please be more specific when posting. Homebrew will only run on custom firmwares and 1.5

i do have a costome i think i have 3.03 OE-C thats custom right? i wanna put emulators on my psp and jus customize my xmb if thats what its called

Yes 3.03 oe-c is custom firmware

Search for the emulators you would like to put on your psp

Custom xmb theres a few tutorials on this site for them just do a quick search on this forum for xmb waves, icons, font, volume bar, battery bar, etc.
