GTA Exploit not working why?

Sorry people. I am a noob. yes. >< lol. I am currently having trouble downgrading from 3.03 to 1.50. I used PSPUpandDownAIOv1.5 to downgrade. On that program it asked me to download and install 303EasyDown after that run GTA. While the game is loading half way to save game it will turn black and blue than auto restart. But when i do the same stuff it always loads into the saved game.... I did it alot of times still i dun get 3.03HEN it always loads into the saved game.

My GTA LCS is ULES-00151# and has v2.00 update
