I have bricked my psp but dont no what to do in recovery mode

i have bricked my psp and got told to hold r when turning witch i have and leaves me in recovery mode now atm i am in recovery mode but do not no what to do

im really sorry,but i really do not know what advice to give to you.
I think that the one who left you there hanging,should help you (not that i dont want to help you,but i just dont know how).
My psp was never bricked so i have no experience.

You need to:

1. Connect your USB cable
2. Hit Toggle USB
3. Create a folder called RECOVERY at E:/PSP/GAME/
4. Download the 4 files below and place them in E:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY
5. In Recovery Mode hit 'Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP'

It will then flash your PSP and you will be back at 1.5
