i hate to bring this up again, but i just cant find the post where i red this ages ago...

what is the best method to use for the slim ps2 ?

i have scph - 77002 ie v15

magic switch pro v3

there r a few others round to.

i wish to be able to close the lid to
but i dont want to open the ps2 to install a part over the sensor. so i kno tat kinda limits me to the harder ones to install but o well.

any info would be good.

personally, I would get the magic keys 2. This is the method I use and it should work on all of the slimeline versions (v12 and up).
This method is fast and easy to install and uninstall.
Here is a link to check what ps2 version you have and what will work with it and what won't.
