just a quick question

in my school all people have accounts to use wireless net
It´s possible to connect psp in this conditions???
i dont know where to put my username and password...

Sure can but you will have to sign in manualy each time,in some cases however their setup may not allow you on....bummer I know but its still worth a try.

Sure can but you will have to sign in manualy each time,in some cases however their setup may not allow you on....bummer I know but its still worth a try.

THX for the previous thread

In my school the wireless net dont have any wep key and IPs and DNSs are all set automatically. Just accounts.
when i try to connect, psp cant adquire a IP.
I realy dont know what to try...

I think you will have to get an account set up, then they will likely give you the info about the ssid and what ever else needed and they will need your mac address I'm thinking as well. As I can't see your problem this is just my opinion. If you have a friend thats set up they should have the ssid to try and see if you can at least find out if you can see it when you scan and if you can then all you would have to do is set up the account. But if you know someone close like next door with a computer with an account then all you would need is a nintendo wifi connector and follow this link for what you would need to do....Just thought I'd let you know your options...here the link.

you will need to scan and use the correct SSID for the connection. security will be set to none and just scroll thru the pages and create the connection. when u select the connection to use for browsing each time, i guess they will forward u to the login page for ur campus.

hope that helps, thats my guess on that. ive been using it and it runs fine with such cases.
