i need help i want to play gba on my psp but its a 3.03oe-c is the a way to emulate 1.50 on a 3.03oe-c

DUDE, in custom firmware you pretty much ARE in 1.5. Just turn on your psp, hold the r button and it will take you to a special menu. It's called the RECOVERY menu. Enable 1.5 Kernal access. then exit. You don't need devhook to run isos/csos. You just make an ISO folder at the root of your memory stick and you can run it from the Game-Memory Stick menu.
