hi every one .need urgent help just bought a new euro -vox max (red box)i was told i will recieve the ntl channels u know what but could not get any channel i have actaly deleted the factury setting and when i auto scan message comes tha NO TRANSPONDER TO SCAN what that means and how would i be abel to reciev the channel in future. thanks a million .

hi dear .thank you for the reply .
no ihave not ben able to sort it out yet it says no transponder to scan pluse i think the cable box in my flate is too old do u if anything has changed since 3years ago when i was recieving ntl .please help if u can .thanks
