connect xbox 360 to my cable modem?

my modem only has one etehernet port which connects to my single ethernet port on my computer. Is it possible to connect my xbox 360 to my cable modem and connect to the internet on my computer at the same time. My cable modem has a usb port at the back, if this helps anyone

then i believe so, use usb going to the computer and ethernet going to the xbox my old dsl modem was like that and i was able to do that with it

but my modem connects to the ethernt port at the back of the computer.

lol then you need to set it up so that it connects to the usb on your computer, its not that hard, just give it a small amount of thought

you will need to get some drivers from the site of the modem unless you still have the cd that came with the modem, just thought i would let you know

yes, you need drivers installed on your computer so that it will read incoming connections through the usb port.
