how do you get a "key's.bin" ? PS1 games NEED this to run

I know how to use the POPS to get the EBOOT.PBP but looks like some games i got already came with the keys file. How do you get your own keys file if you dont have one with the eboot.pbp

the keys.bin are the same just copy and paste as need be

On qj someone told me that you dont even need the keys.cd bin file for playing the psp iso's. Is it really not even needed for the games?
