hmmm....i had that same error message with 3.10 OE-A....um, I switched to 303 OE-C and I havent had any ISO problems....other than what i told you, if you havent changed anything in your flash; then idk...
...if you did change your flash @ all, then this could be the reason why your psp is generating errors..

for sure mate...OE-C is sooo much better...because you can customize everything...and there is a lot of info on it, since everyone pretty much still uses it....3.10 OEx is kinda like a beta version firmware...OE-C has far fewer bugs....run Hex's Winstaller which is stickied at the top of the forum index page....you can just run the winstaller while your psp is connected through USB, and then run OE-C install from your GAME folder on the XMB....
you can go straight to 3.03 OE-C from 3.10 OE-A....ive done it already no problems....
