I downloaded a trial version of Nero 5 burning software. It looked good and I purchased it on line. They said I would get the serial number by e-mail to activate it, hour, days, weeks later, nothing. I e-mailed them with proof of charge against my Visa Card. No reply. I don't know how many buyers they do this to, but be very beware of buying Nero on-line. And don't a reply from them except, an auto reply thanking you for your interet in their product. I gues since they got the money there's not reason to reply.

i am just trying to purchase Nero ver 6 as an upgrade, and need my serial number for the purchase, has anyone got any idea how i can find my serial number for my current version of Nero, i cant seem to find it within the programme........if anyone has anysuggestions please let me know.......cheers
