Need help learning to use dvd burner please.

I have a vista home basic operating system with a dvd +/- r/w / cd-r/w. I have downloaded some movies with mpg format. How do I burn these from my windows media player to a dvd? Is there something special I have to do or can I drag and burn? Thanks.

You may not be able to with WMP......I'm not sure.
