A Friend of mine gave me his PSP and its 3.03 NOT 3.03 OE So How To PLay ISO & CSO Games On that piece of SHIT........Please Answer me As soon As Possible.......Just Do Anything And Give Me USEFUL INFO.........THNX

downgrade it to 1.5 then upgrade it to an OE firmware.

To tell if it's unpatched or not, if 'PSP Update ver. 2.00' is under the UMD icon when u load gta: lcs in da XMB, it's unpatched. if it says 2.60, it's patched.
