How do you make make pure hardware REGION CODED?
It's the software part that does all that.
Unless your controllers need sofwares they can't be REGION CODED.

not on controllers, but sony copyrights every part of the controller,
so 3rd party manufacturers have to change everything (just slightly) to make ps2 "compatible" controllers.

Wii D2E w/ solderless wiikey2
GDR-8163B hooked up via external usb 2.0 case

PStwo v15 SCPH-77002
Pioneer 109D DVD Burner

well im not so technical, but how do you make the ps2, wii, xbox etc hardware region coded? Besides everything else sony does is region coded so i thought maybe the controllers were to ^-^???

besides the reason they make them region coded is so that everybody sticks to their own market Eu for EU Us for Us and Asia for asia right? So why not the controlles LOL.

ps. Hey i wanna be sure, wont hurt to ask BEFORE you buy right lol.
