will DVD Shrink work on osx and if not is their a soulition that is the same clibler available on mac osx

Things sure have changed since OS 8. something. You can install XP on your system, check with the official Mac website for details. This leads to your question, can shrink be run....

Use the search function at the top of this page. Type in (minus quotes) "dvd shrink on mac". This is the first of many.

PS: Did you mean Calibre? "of good/great importance...high standard etc..." If so, choose your software carefully, and don't be fooled by glossy advertising....listen to the MANY and not the FEW.

If you run Windows on your Mac, you can use Shrink. In the Mac OS you have Mac the Ripper. The newer protections have been more difficult. Windows can use RipIt4Me which makes ripping the new releases with heavier protection easy. The situation is a bit more up in the air with Mac. The only person here at AD I know with a Mac is Kitty66, you can ask her to comment here. Just drop her a PM and give her the link to this thread. Had you posted in the Mac section you could have gotten more Mac oriented answers. At least you would have had a more Mac oriented audience.
