If the Phone is locked to Orange Partner in Isreal, Unlocking will not make it work.

yes i dont can call to anywhere and anyone.....what witch format thats work??becouse thats was gift for my mum...from my muther and my futher did some thing and now is the shit....and i want do some thing....

Get an Orange SIM from a friend and try it.
If that works, you will need to buy a new SIM from Orange.
Tell me, when you turn on the phone with an Orange SIM, what do you see?
