Whats up members,well haven't ran in to any probs latetly,been backing all my movies; until this particular one eragon.I use the sonydru-710a with latest firm by5 or something like that,its an original brand new out the box.when i inserted it in the drive it'll start grinding and nothing happens,my AnyDVD doesn't recog nor DVD Decrypter,dvd fab.i guess the drive has to recognize before those programs do right? i read in the forum a similar situation but with a different drive.any help would be appreciated.

by the way,i tried both ways with AnyDVD enabled and disabled.

DVD_Shrink needs no help with this movie. You may have a bad disc.

Same problem. Eragon and Blood diamond burner doesnt regonize. Got another disk same problem. I havent had any problems until now.
Yes any help will be appriciated.

I had no problem with either of these titles. Used RipIt4Me with the Movies+Menus option and it came out flawless. Might try that approach and see if have success. Find RI4M here: http://www.ripit4me.org
