What is the difference between that and a regular motherboard? Also I would like to know what was the last downgrader and when?

the only difference between that and a regular older mobo is that it WAS harder to hack... But now it doesnt matter what mobo u have they are all downgradeable.. it just dpeeneds on your Fw.

I'm not sure wat the latest downgrader was... i beleive 3.03 oficcial sony fw??... anyone care to correct me?? Im not sure i think that was the latest for official firmware.

you are right at the moment it's only possible to downgrade from 3.03 ,and the 3.03 downgrader supports all motherboards
