everytime i put my cd in it would say reading disc like 3 times then just say no data

It couldn't read the disc you are putting in. Almost the same as Disc read error. You have to do something to the laser to make it work again.

is there a disc i can get to clean the ps2 it's not 1 cd it's all of them

Not really. If you open it up, you can clean it with a cotton swap. But, you need to fix the laser thing by adjusting the laser to get more voltage into you cd's reading of the ps2. It's a pot to adjust resistence. Read more into disc read error; you may find some help.
